Some Options:

Ein Gedi

You will love to splash in the refreshing waterfalls, wade through the streams, and see the plants and animals that King David would have seen when he hid out there 3,000 years ago. The Ein Gedi ancient synagogue is a must-see as well.

Masada:

Visit the most famous and remarkable archaeological excavation and see why many say it's an essential part of a trip to Israel. A Swiss-designed cable car makes reaching the top so easy and fun. Masada also has a museum housing all the key archaeological finds from the site.

The Dead Sea: There is a perfect location for every group according to your preference, whether it's the regular free beach, free separate beach (men and women separate), the Ein Gedi spa, or a more luxurious hotel day experience.

Techelet Factory:

Learn about how Techelet (Biblical blue) is made.

Genesis Land - Eretz Bereshit:

So much fun for all ages to ride camels, bake pita, and be hosted by Eliezer and Avraham!

ATVs or Jeep Rides!

Qumran: See the archaeological site where the Dead Sea Scrolls were found.

Kosher options for lunch. For Mehadrin best to pack a lunch and buy drinks/snacks in the area.

Parents, ask about our Dead Sea Mystery Tour with games, prizes, surprises and crafts throughout the day!

Important information: Sunhats and drinking a lot of water are essential to your safety touring in this area. Water sandals with good treads that hold the foot (not crocs or flipflops) are highly recommended to fully enjoy the nature walk at Ein Gedi or to swim in the Dead Sea. Bring along towels rather than needing to buy/rent there. Best to get an early start for the Dead Sea by 8:30 am because many sites close at 4:00pm in the winter and 5:00pm in the summer. The area is not recommended for very small children or elderly in the summer months due to the extreme heat. Make sure not to shave the day before entering the Sea, no splashing, and no jewelry (Sea can damage gold, silver, etc.).

Enjoy a spectacular day at the lowest place on Earth!
The area is a rich with history, Tanach (Biblical) sources, and geology to learn about, as it is with healing minerals.

We are happy to custom design the best Dead Sea experience for your group or family.
